Office Beverage Solutions

Better workplace drinks should be a useful part of the working day, not another job for the office manager. Café Perfection brings together coffee machines, water equipment, ingredients and support so you can plan the whole setup around the people who use it.

Start with the busiest break, not just the headcount

Count regular users, visitors and the drinks you expect to serve. Then describe your busiest period: a steady stream of drinks needs a different discussion from an entire team arriving at once. A manufacturer's daily cup recommendation is not an hourly serving guarantee.

Choose a menu your team will use

Bean-to-cup, instant and filter coffee are different routes, not good, better and best for every office. Compare the drinks required, the time available for cleaning and refilling, and whether users serve themselves. Fresh-milk systems need a suitable storage and cleaning arrangement; a larger menu is only useful when someone can look after it.

Compare the coffee-machine range and keep a product's downloadable overview for your shortlist.

Plan coffee, water and hot water together

A mains-fed cooler needs a suitable water connection. A bottled model needs somewhere to store and change bottles. A tap installation needs the correct under-counter equipment and access for maintenance. Chilled, ambient, hot and sparkling functions depend on the configuration selected; they are not included in every machine.

Free staff drinks, a contribution or paid service?

Decide who funds the drinks before selecting payment equipment. A small staff contribution can be modelled against ingredients, machine costs, servicing and payment charges. It is not guaranteed to cover the full cost: compare realistic usage, quiet periods and the complete running costs using the planning calculators.

A quotation that makes the scope clear

Purchase and rental options can be discussed for suitable equipment. Ask for the selected model and configuration, installation scope, filtration, training, consumables, maintenance arrangements, exclusions and lead time to be identified separately. Installation and ongoing servicing are not automatically included with every purchase or rental.

Send a brief, not a technical specification

Tell us your postcode, users and visitors, busiest break, preferred drinks, available space and existing equipment. A photograph of the proposed location helps explain access and layout. Café Perfection can then discuss a suitable shortlist and the checks needed before installation.

Before you decide

A few office questions.

Is headcount enough to choose a machine?

No. Also describe coffee drinkers, visitors, daily demand and the busiest serving period. A daily cup recommendation is not an hourly guarantee.

Are installation and servicing included?

The quotation should say exactly what is included. Do not assume the same package applies to every purchase or rental.

Can staff contribute to the cost?

Discuss a compatible payment setup and model the contribution against all running costs. Cost recovery is not guaranteed.
