Corporate Beverage Solutions
One corporate drinks plan does not have to mean the same machine in every room. Café Perfection helps you bring coffee, water, ingredients and support into one coordinated requirement, while allowing for the different needs of reception, meeting rooms, staff areas and individual sites.
Map the people and places first
Record users, visitors and opening patterns by location. Include hybrid attendance, meeting-day demand and shifts. Separating each area's busiest period from its daily total makes it easier to compare capacity without buying unnecessary equipment or relying on an unsuitable small machine.
Standardise what helps, keep what needs to differ
A shared ingredient range, operating instructions and reorder routine can simplify a multi-site plan. Equipment may still need to differ because water supply, counter space, access and user expectations vary. Check that a common specification really fits every location before agreeing a rollout.
Coffee and water as one specification
Choose the menu and water outputs for each point. Fresh milk, powder drinks, sparkling water and payment hardware are configuration-dependent. A tap and its remote cooling unit must be specified as a complete compatible system; a dispenser's flow rate is not its refrigerated production capacity.
Make day-to-day responsibility visible
Identify who checks ingredients, cleans the equipment, arranges replenishment and reports faults at each site. Discuss planned maintenance, service records and escalation contacts with Café Perfection. An equipment agreement should state what support is included, what is chargeable and which response arrangements have been agreed; it should not be read as a promise of uninterrupted operation.
Build a budget the finance team can inspect
Compare purchase or available rental arrangements alongside ingredients, filtration, utilities, cleaning, maintenance and payment charges. Where staff contribute to drinks, use realistic participation and quiet-period assumptions. Revenue is not profit, and a forecast is not a guaranteed return.
Turn the shortlist into a controlled rollout
For each site, request the exact configuration, installation prerequisites, delivery arrangements, handover scope and service plan. A first-site review can help identify practical changes before repeating the setup elsewhere. Confirm dates and coverage against the actual locations rather than assuming every site has identical arrangements.
Send your site list, postcodes, estimated demand, preferred drinks and target timing. Existing equipment details and photographs are useful when planning a staged replacement.
