Filter coffee for a large-scale catering service needs a system planned around repeated demand. The WMF 9000 F combines a 2.5kg hopper, storage and touchscreen control, with brewing and holding settings for service into cups or larger vessels.

Match the storage arrangement to the output

WMF quotes up to 500 cups per hour with internal storage. External-container configurations have separate ratings, and no daily recommendation is inferred from that hourly figure. Café Perfection can confirm cup size, sustained demand, utilities, drainage and containers. This is a filter-coffee platform, not an espresso or automatic milk-drinks machine.

What to check before you buy

Match the machine to the people, the drinks and the busiest part of the day.

Peak demand

Daily cup volume is useful, but the busy 15–30 minute window often matters more. Consider how many people need a drink at once and how quickly the machine must recover.

Milk & menu
