Our Recommendation
For the vast majority of UK offices, a mid-range to commercial bean-to-cup machine delivers the best combination of quality, convenience, and value. It requires no barista skill, produces a full range of drinks, and has the lowest ongoing cost per cup of any quality option.
For offices under 10 staff or meeting rooms, a quality pod machine is a practical secondary option. For canteens serving 100+ people black coffee, a batch brew machine alongside a bean-to-cup unit is the ideal combination.
