About Mistral Evoplus

A drinking-water point with useful lockable storage below. The Mistral Evoplus is a mains-fed floor-standing cooler with alternative chilled, ambient, hot and sparkling combinations.

Let the menu define the equipment

Decide which water choices the site needs, then confirm the corresponding version and cooling specification. Hot and sparkling equipment is not included in every model. We can check the plumbing, power, access and any CO₂ arrangement alongside the storage and dispensing requirements.

What to check before you buy

Choose the water route around demand, location and how the site will maintain it.

Mains-fed or bottled

Mains-fed systems can reduce bottle storage and handling where a suitable water connection is available. Bottled systems can suit locations without practical plumbing.

Output

Think about peak refill demand, chilled-water recovery and whether the site needs ambient, chilled, hot or sparkling options.

Filtration

Filter selection depends on incoming water, equipment requirements, usage and the result you want. Avoid treating one cartridge as the answer for every site.
