The Mistral Evoplus is a mains-fed floor-standing cooler with alternative chilled, ambient, hot and sparkling combinations.Let the menu define the equipmentDecide which water choices the site needs, then confirm the corresponding version and cooling specification. Hot and sparkling equipment is not included in every model. We can check the plumbing, power, access and any CO₂ arrangement alongside the storage and dispensing requirements.
