Orders and Supply

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Café Perfection. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary. Prices are displayed in GBP and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Installation and Servicing

Installation and servicing are provided under separate agreements confirmed at the time of booking. Our engineers carry out all work to a professional standard, aiming to minimise disruption to your workplace wherever possible.

Rental Agreements

Rental services are governed by individual contract terms agreed at the start of the agreement. These include payment schedules, contract duration, servicing arrangements, and responsibilities for equipment use and care.

Liability

Café Perfection’s liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, where permitted by law.
