From Farm to Cup
Good coffee starts long before the machine.
Origin matters — not because it's a marketing story, but because where a bean comes from shapes everything about how it tastes and performs. Altitude, soil, processing method, harvest quality: these aren't details for coffee snobs. They're the foundation of a consistent, enjoyable cup.
We take sourcing seriously. Not obsessively — but seriously.
Our Sourcing Philosophy
We look for two things above everything else: quality and consistency. A farm that produces exceptional coffee one year but variable results the next isn't a reliable partner. We work with growers and cooperatives that have demonstrated both — season after season.
We also look for ethical farming practices. Not because it's a badge to wear, but because farms that treat their workers and land well tend to produce better coffee. It's not a coincidence.
Where Our Beans Come From
Our Colombian beans are sourced from high-altitude growing regions in the Andes — where cooler temperatures slow the cherry's development, producing denser beans with more complex sugars and a cleaner flavour profile.
Our Ethiopian beans come from one of the world's oldest coffee-growing regions — where wild and semi-wild varieties produce the distinctive floral and fruit-forward characteristics that make Ethiopian coffee genuinely unlike anything else.
Quality Selection
Not every harvest makes the cut. We work with our roasting partners to evaluate each lot before it enters our supply chain — checking for defects, moisture content, and consistency of size and density.
What reaches your machine has already passed multiple quality checks. That's not a guarantee of perfection — it's a commitment to a standard.
Premium, Not Pretentious
We're not here to lecture you about single-origin micro-lots or third-wave processing methods. We're here to make sure the coffee in your workplace is worth drinking — and that the story behind it is one you can be proud of.
Good coffee. Responsibly sourced. Built for the real world.
