Make the office setup work every day
Who will use it?
Separate regular staff, hybrid attendance and visitors. Describe the busiest break as well as a daily drinks estimate.
Which drinks matter?
Choose the drinks people will actually use, then agree who refills ingredients and completes the model-specific cleaning routine.
How will it be funded?
Compare free drinks with a staff contribution using your own ingredient, equipment and support costs. Payment equipment is a separate configuration choice.
Useful before you choose
Choose for the break you actually have
A useful office shortlist balances the drinks people choose with the routine someone can realistically maintain.
Demand, not just headcount
Record daily drinks and the busiest serving period separately. Include visitors and hybrid-working peaks; a daily cup recommendation is not a peak-hour guarantee.
Menu and daily care
Choose the coffee and milk options first. Check who refills, cleans and looks after milk storage before deciding whether a larger menu adds value.
Budget and responsibility
Compare equipment, ingredients, cleaning, filtration and maintenance. Ask which installation and support costs are included in the quotation.
Could staff contributions help with costs?
They can be modelled against realistic sales and the full running costs, including payment charges. Do not treat a forecast as guaranteed payback or assume everyone will buy the same number of drinks.
What should I send for advice?
Your postcode, team and visitor numbers, busiest drinks period, desired menu and a photo of the proposed position. Existing equipment details help with an upgrade.
