Put the cooling equipment beneath the counter and keep the dispensing point where it is most useful. The Mistral DeSeltz undersink range supports matched systems offering chilled, ambient and sparkling water.
Select capacity as part of the complete system
G40, G80 and G120 versions have recorded chilled-production ratings of 40, 80 and 120 litres per hour at a 10°C temperature reduction. The separate tap, ventilation and CO₂ arrangement need specifying together. Dispensing flow is a different measure from cooling capacity, so tell us the busiest refill period when asking for a quotation.
